1 You buy the boiler direct from our site at trade price and pay for our professional services. If you do not still need your old appliance you may want to have the gas supply cut and properly capped off. 2 The boiler and flue is delivered direct to you at which point we arrange between us a suitable date for stage 4. Now it is up to you to upgrade the system using thermostatic radiator valves and roomstat 3 You provisionally decide where you would like to fit the boiler in accordance with manufacturers installation instructions and using the template supplied temporarily fit the boiler to the wall and bring the flow and return and hot and cold (in the case of a combi) and all other pipework to their respective final fixing positions but not the gas supply. This we would ask you to make the necessary preparations for eg. removing floorboards where required but not to install any pipework or fittings 4 We then arrive on site and before any work is carried out the installation must pass a gas soundness test , having checked this and that the proposed installation site is suitable we will remove the boiler from the wall then refit ensuring the correct fixings are used and complete the gas and flue , make the final water connections, fill, commission and register the installation. Should it be found at this point that the gas supply is undersized we will supply a price to upgrade the pipework.
